The TecH2O Center, formally known as the Carlos M. Ramirez TecH2O Water Resources Learning Center, built and maintained by El Paso Water serves to provide education and training to foster understanding and appreciation of total water management in the Chihuahuan Desert to customers, visitors, researchers and EP Water employees. A state-of-art facility that offers a 250-seat lecture hall, an interactive Water Museum filled with exhibits and several full-functioning classrooms that are available to the community for reservation, the award-winning TecH2O Center is a community partner and helps define El Paso's culture.
Any educational organization shall be eligible to rent or use space in the Center.
