Meeting Facilities
To protect employees and customers and minimize the spread of the Coronavirus or COVID-19, the TecH2O Learning Center is temporarily closed to the public. We are not scheduling field trips, trainings or other events at this time. During the pandemic, we will require the use of masks at the Center and are limiting capacity in our conference spaces for social distancing purposes.

The TecH2O's event spaces are available to public agencies and non-profit organizations at no cost. The spaces can accommodate forums, trainings and gatherings of up to 250 people. Our classrooms are fully equipped to meet your needs.

  • Stage wheel chair accessible
  • Equipment available: podium, projector, projection screen, microphone, microphone stands
  • Light settings in the auditorium may not be changed without prior permission
  • A courtesy laptop may be available during the time of your event, but renters may be asked to provide one
Mesilla Classroom

  • Capacity 50 - classroom style
  • Equipment available: tables, chairs, podium, projector, projection screen, microphone
  • A courtesy laptop may be available during the time of your event, but renters may be asked to provide one
Hueco Classroom

Hueco Room

  • Capacity 50 - classroom style
  • Equipment available: tables, chairs, podium, projector, projection screen, microphone
  • A courtesy laptop may be available during the time of your event, but renters may be asked to provide one
Mesilla & Hueco Classrooms Combined

Hueco_Mesilla Conference Rooms

  • Capacity 100 classroom style
  • Equipment available: tables, chairs, podium, projector, projection screen, microphone
  • A courtesy laptop may be available during the time of your event, but renters may be asked to provide one

Complete a facility request form to request the use of the. Check availability of facilities by emailing us at tech2o@epwater.org or by calling (915) 621-2000.

Facilities are only available during normal hours of operation. Scheduling should be made at least one month in advance.

When completing your facility request, please specify:

  • Number of participants expected
  • Hours of use, including setup and tear down time
  • AV equipment required (separate quote provided)
  • Number of rooms or areas required (Note: Each space must be requested separately but can be done on the same application)
