Facilities are only available during normal hours of operation. Scheduling should be made at least one month in advance.
When completing your facility request, please specify:
- Number of participants expected
- Hours of use, including setup and tear down time
- AV equipment required (separate quote provided)
- Number of rooms or areas required (Note: Each space must be requested separately but can be done on the same application)
